Cockburnspath Village Hall Community Café has funding from local Windfarm benefits to run a subsidised café into the Summer 2024. The café runs on a Tuesday from 11.30 until 2.30. The café has commissioned Abundant Borders, a local charity that focuses on providing healthy, locally grown food, to provide soup, filled rolls and baked potatoes.

The café has already proven successful over the winter and we are pleased that it is continuing through the Spring. Part of this success will be to ensure we have enough volunteers to help run the café. If you can spare a couple of hours on a Tuesday to help please get in touch.

Payment is by donation: there are suggested donations for each item but the amount you give is completely at your discretion. Donations will go towards the costs of the cafe, including food, hire of hall, energy costs, and future café operations.
